Where I’ve Been
September 1, 2009Some of you may be wondering where I’ve been. Well, magic don’t pay the bills yo!
NEW DRESDEN FILES BOOK OUT NOW!
April 2, 2008The NEW Dresden Files book "Small Favor" is finally out. I highly recommend this series for those that love magic. A lot of magical theory in the book mirrors the theory of simplified magic. If you get the chance to pick up a copy, do it. I promise you, you will be greatly entertained and maybe pick up a trick or two to help you make magic real in your life.
STILL ALIVE… Sorry for not posting
March 5, 2008Dear Friends,
My apologies for not being able to post for the past few months. I’ve been swamped. I’ll catch up with all your emails and questions as well as posting aspects of simplified magic soon.
KRIS KRINGLE: THE SIMPLIFIED MAGIC METHOD WAY
December 17, 2007Kris Kringle also known as Secret Santa is a Christmas holiday tradition practiced all around the world. It’s also a tradition practiced here in the Philippines. The concept is for a group of friends or office workers to put their names in a hat/pot and draw the person (baby) who they will be giving a gift to during their Christmas party.
We’re doing the same thing at the Aletheia Torii Christmas party but with a twist. Instead of giving just gifts we’ll be casting a spell on our baby.
I’m pretty excited. This will give me a chance to do something creative. I’ve come to realize that spells seem to work harder on psychics and magical practitioners. I think that it has something to do with their level of magical energy as well as their existing protections. For example, my protective tattoo is designed to block of negative elemental magic, but like a spam filter, I am sure that it sometimes blocks positive ones as well. I may have to add some elements to it in order to refine it. Anyway, this is just me musing. At our Christmas party, we're also going to do oracle readings on each other. Doing an oracle reading at the end of the year is a good practice. It will give you a chance to clarify the events of the past year and give you hope for the coming one.
Anyway, Merry Christmas to all and a Happy New Year!
PROTECTION BRACELET
November 23, 2007I just bought a beautiful bracelet from Alianne (www.alianne.biz) managed by a good friend and Jupiter Experience participant Nica Hechanova. It’s a pure silver bracelet with blue topaz stones. I was immediately drawn to it when I saw it and later on realized that I liked it due to its druidic like design among other things.
Holding the bracelet, I felt calm and protected. I recognized that it was a good talisman to charge with positive energy and empower with protective spells. When I did some research on blue topaz I learned that the ancient Greeks considered it the “Stone of Strength”. In the medieval days it was also used as a stone for healing magic and could was believed to prevent death. The stone is said to have the ability to balance emotions, calm passions, release tensions and enhance feelings of joy.
Check out the bracelet I got below.
Btw… Its not for me. I’m giving it as a gift

TAROT BUYING SPREE
November 12, 2007I've been going crazy the past couple of weeks buying tarot cards. It's funny because I don't really like to read for myself or for others. I just like seeing them on my selves collecting dust. Hahahaha… But hey, I got some of the best decks out there.
If you guys are interested in finding a tarot deck that's right for you, I suggest you visit http://www.aeclectic.net. If you find something you like, look it up on http://www.tarotgarden.net and order. They accept western union and they will process your order immediately after they receive your payment. They'll send it immediately if its available. The delay in receiving your order happens locally as our local post office is so slow. Also consider that you will be charged for taxes once you get a notice from the post office.
Happy hunting for your perfect tarot!
PS… Don't ask me for a reading. I am the prophet of doom. All I see is death and destruction.
SIMPLIFIED MAGIC: Scope of Work
October 28, 2007I've been getting a lot of emails asking me for help. Some are legitimate and some seem to have been written by people from a lunatic asylum (I guess WIFI is already available there). So I think I should let everyone know what I can and can’t do for you.
I don't do love spells. You need to work out, go to the salon, improve your personality, buy some new clothes, shave, put on deodorant, and/or take a shower for someone to fall in love with you.
I don't do money spells. Money comes from hard work mixed with a little bit of luck (Lucky charms I do). Also, please don't ask me to divine lotto numbers. If I could do that, do you think I'd still be working my ass off?
I don't do parties. Which means don't waste your time inviting me to a party and expect me to read palms, tarot cards, auras, past lives, etc. for your other guests. I only do that to impress hot chicks. Plus I only go to parties for the free drinks and chicks.
I don’t read minds. This also means that I don’t influence other people also. Ok, I do read minds but only when I have permission and when I play poker. I also don’t use magic or psychic abilities to control someone’s thoughts or plant suggestions. I could but I don’t.
I don’t bring dead things back to life. Yes, even if it’s your favorite pet. I’m psychic and a magic practitioner. I’m not God.
I don’t transform people into frogs or any other kind of animal or object. Again, I’m a psychic and a magic practitioner. If you want to learn how to do this try applying at Hogwarts. There are however certain spells that can be cast so that you can gain certain animal like abilities.
I don’t bottle, trap, enslave or “disintegrate” human spirits or elementals. It can be done but shame on those you have done it, tried to do it and/or considered doing it. If I meet you, expect me to do everything in my power to right the wrong you’ve done.
I don't kill, do bodily harm or cause misfortune to cheating husbands/wives, boyfriends/girlfriends and the like using magic. I got an email asking me for a spell to kill someone. If you really want to kill someone practice martial arts not the magical arts. Magic is meant to make things better and not make things worse. Plus, consider the karmic consequences.
So those are some of the things I don’t do. You might be wondering what I would do for you.
To be honest, I probably would do all that I can for someone who I feel is genuinely troubled. When I meet you, or when you call me or email me, I already get a vibe from the start if I should help you our not. It’s really all about me getting that vibe that I should help you.
PS. I don't charge for anything that I do. My gifts and the training I received from my mentors and colleagues were freely given. The least I can do is share it freely as well.
New Tarot Decks
October 25, 2007I recently acquired the following tarot decks.
The Lunatic Tarot
The Vertigo Tarot
The Vertigo Tarot has been a deck that I've always wanted to have.
BUSY…
I'd like to apologize for not being able to update my blog the past couple of months. I've been quite busy with work and life. I will however try my best to update SIMPLIFIED MAGIC more often.
Thanks!
Anatomy of a Consult
A few months back, even before I left for my last trip, the brother of an old friend called me asking for advice and help regarding supernatural manifestations at the office of his friend located at Kaban nang Hiyas located at the Mandaluyong Circle.
I scheduled a call with the prospective agent to feel him out. I did feel that it was possibly a legitimate consult due to certain occurrences during the week leading up to the call. I experienced a few manifestations (rise is spirit apparitions) plus the AT were sending out vibrations since the topic of conducting consults were discussed a week earlier.
When I spoke to the agent, I realized that the need was urgent and immediately scheduled an onsite consult the weekend I returned. I then asked Eloisa to coordinate it with the rest of the members of the AT (thanks Eloisa for helping me out and the rest of the AT for answering the CALL).
Anyway, what do we do when we conduct a consult? Here’s an overview:
Consult Screening
The AT member that receives the request acts as the point person for that particular consult, the point person is called ‘the point’
When we receive a request for help its our policy to screen such requests
The AT members uses psychic intuition to weed out what we feel is not for us or does not fit our mandate
From those that we’ve screened psychically we proceed with a voice call
During the voice call we ask certain questions that help establish if the request is legitimate
If finally we determine that it’s a legitimate request we schedule the consult
Consult Scheduling
Using psychic intuition the point will call on the people that are most capable to handle the situation
Sometimes, we send everyone, sometimes just one or two
It really depends on the situation, some situations require the specialization of a member (some of us prefer dealing with elemental manifestations rather that human spirits, others prefer healing, others specialize in counter spells, etc etc., we’re all capable in dealing with these things the same way any artist can draw but like any artist we have our specialties)
Sometimes, we let synchronicity dictate who gets sent on a particular consult
We then schedule the most convenient date that will allow the selected members to attend the consult
The selected members are known internally as the ‘night team’
Pre Consult
The ‘pre consult’ is the time where the night team meets
The point is a must to be at the pre consult
The point is the only person to have any information on the manifestations
But this information is also at best, vague
This information is not shared with the rest of the night team that will be attending the consult
The reason for this is we want to avoid any biases before proceeding with the consult
When all of those that are to be sent to the consult arrive, we proceed to the site of the consult
Consult Proper
When we arrive at our destination, the point meets the agent and gives a detailed briefing on what will occur onsite
We give a general briefing during scheduling but the entire process is discussed in detail on site to avoid biases from the agent as well as to avoid prior preparation on the agent’s part that may influence findings/observations of the night team
The night team is then invited in
We then proceed with a walkabout
The night team stops at whichever locations they want to feel out
No discussion between the night team is allowed
All findings/observations are written down
After the walkabout the night team withdraw to discuss their findings/observations
The point selects a member in the group to start to state his or her findings/observations
The sharing is conducted in a clockwise manner
The point is the last to share his/her observations and shares information gained before hand
The findings/observations are compiled into a report that will be shared with the agent
The agent is brought in and the point will share the night team’s findings/observations
After the report, that is the only time that the night team will receive a full briefing from the agent regarding the manifestations
There is no discussion between the members of the night team in order to control biases and copycat findings/observations
Everything is written down so that findings/observations are not forgotten as well as serve as evidence that the night team’s individual findings/observations are their own
We do not allow a full briefing before our findings are discussed as to avoid untoward influence on our findings/observations
When we do this we always stand the risk of being off mark, however, this also proves our legitimacy when we get it right.
Consult Analysis
The consult analysis is when we sit down with the agent and discuss what needs to be done to address the manifestations
We explain why these manifestations happen and tips on how to co-exist with them
We try to equip the agent with the means on how to handle these manifestations
We feel that if we do not do this, the manifestations may die down while we are on the site of the consult but resume when we leave
Everything is case to case, during the analysis, as a group we decide what needs to be done (speak to spirits, elementals, cast spells, etc etc.)
Once a course of action is decided, we implement this
We try to stay the course but from experience, we have learned to go with the flow
Experience counts when dealing with the paranormal. The more one has experienced the better one is a gauging a situation and deciding what needs to be done.
In a nutshell, this is how we conduct a consult. To those who are familiar with the process of forming a circle as done by the Spirit Questors, you will see some similarities. However, we’ve tweaked it quite a bit. It is very important to us to raise the level of accuracy and professionalism when dealing with the occult or paranormal.
I will keep the outcome of the consult confidential as we would like to maintain the privacy of those that asked for the consult.
For more information feel free to email me.
Having a BAD DAY? All you need is a SIMPLIFIED WITCH’S BOTTLE!
August 10, 2007I’ve been getting quite a number of emails asking for help dealing with negative energy and evil spells being sent to them. I’ll be honest. I don’t have the time or the patience to sort out what’s real and what’s simply paranoia. It’s not that I don’t want to help those that email me but there can be some weirdos out there (I should know, I’m one of them heheheh). Of course, there are a few emails that catch my attention (there’s a certain vibe that goes with the email, I sort of pick up the state of mind, emotions and energy of the sender and it gives the email a psychic red exclamation point) which and require a more hands on approach. So, I’ve decided to blog about what is called a WITCH’S BOTTLE for those that may require immediate help and I haven’t gotten to them yet.
A witch’s bottle is a very simple way to deflect, reflect or absorb negative substances sent to you. It’s very easy to do and does not require much experience. You can use a witch’s bottle to asses if you are really being sent any negativity on purpose. If your state of mind and life improve once you have a witch’s bottle set up then there is a chance that you are a target of malicious energy or spells.
For the history of the witch’s bottle visit Wikipedia.
For my simplified witch’s bottle you will need the following:
-
A glass jar – this can be a medium sized mayonnaise jar or something similar, a traditional witch’s bottle used colored and nicely shaped bottles, but since these are hard to come by and quite expensive, a cleaned out jar will do
-
An assortment of different size nails enough to fill half the jar – you can get these from any hardware store, the traditional witch’s bottle used rusted nails, again this is impractical and a health hazard, new nails will do, the idea behind this is when the jar captures the negativity, it will be impaled on the nails
-
An assortment of broken glass to fill half the jar – you can get an old coke bottle and smash it, please be careful when you do this, you’re stupid if you cut yourself, the idea behind this is when the jar captures the negativity it will be cut to shreds by the broken shards of glass
-
A bottle of cheap vodka – some prefer to use red wine, others fill the bottle with their urine which are both impractical (wine expensive, urine unsanitary), you can get a bottle of cheap vodka from almost anywhere (TOSKA), the idea behind this is that the vodka will act as a disinfectant and cleanse the negativity
-
A red candle – used to seal the bottle, I use red because it is the color of survival
-
Matches – used to light the candle (obviously unless you’ve developed the ability to ignite something using your mind, in that case you don’t need a witch’s bottle)
Here are the following steps to create your witch’s bottle:
-
Go to a quiet place where you will not be disturbed (don’t forget to bring your spell components, believe me… its happened to me that I’ve forgotten to bring something and it ruins the vibe)
-
Clear your mind (progressive relaxation and mental cleansing) and begin when you feel you are ready
-
Open the jar - say may this jar absorb any negativity sent to me'
-
Place the nails into the jar – say ‘may the negativity sent to me be impaled’
-
Place the broken glass into the jar – say ‘may the negativity sent to me be cut to pieces’
-
Pour the vodka till the brim of the jar – say ‘may the negativity sent to me be cleansed’
-
Put a bit of your spit into the jar – say ‘I give you power’
-
Cover the jar
-
Light the candle
-
Let wax drip on the cover of the jar to seal it – say ‘may this jar protect me from any negativity sent to me’
-
Place jar at the entrance of your room (or any place where you spend majority of your time)
-
After seven days bury the jar
Tips and other information:
-
The simplified witch’s bottle can be brought with you where you go (hence the size and spell components used)
-
As compared to a traditional witch’s bottle its more practical (you don’t want to be carrying your pee with you right)
-
Take note if you feel better, if your way of life improves etc. etc. This can give you vital clues if you were really a target of negativity over the seven days
-
Observe your witch’s bottle before you bury it, there might be some discoloration or manifestation in it that may tell you if you were truly a target of maliciousness
-
There are ways to make a witch’s bottle into an offensive weapon but you wouldn’t want to do that would you?
A witch’s bottle is very effective in dealing with negative energy and malicious spells. But the best way is to avoid being the target of any negativity is to say sorry.

MY SPELL COMPONENTS
July 11, 2007SIMPLIFIED MAGIC SPELLS usually do not require spell components or implements. This means that one does not need bat’s wing, eye of newt, frogs legs and goat’s balls (I’m sure some of my colleagues in the AT have these hidden in easy to reach places). But sometimes, when energies are low or you are finding it hard to focus, spell components come in handy. I’m listing down a few spell components that may come in handy. Since I just do simplified magic you will find that the components I use are quite practical and easy to find. These components coupled with simplified magic theory are simply, well… MAGIC.
In my magic chest one will find:
-
A wand (my most expensive magical implement)
-
An athame (I’m cheap, I just have a plastic one… is actually a small sword that I found outside my house)
-
Chalk (different colors, used in making a magic circle or inscribing sigils)
-
Clay
-
Various herbs with proven magical qualities (barely used because I never cared much about herb lore but I bought them in bulk from a magic store when I had the chance)
-
Various candles of different colors and sizes (I usually double up meaning I have 2 candles each for every color of the chakra, plus black, silver, gold and a bunch or regular white candles, I also have birthday candles of different colors as well as candles in different shapes)
-
Various crystals (different crystals attract different energies)
-
Various colored beads (comes in handy when making a quick protective bracelet)
-
Various colored ribbons (comes in handy for quick binding spells)
-
Various multicolored pins (comes in handy when you need to prick something)
-
Various incense (comes in handy to put me in a certain mood)
-
Various colored glitter
-
Various colored sequins
-
A big box of crayons
-
A big bag of frankincense (I use these for general room cleansing and object cleansing, yes, it’s the same thing they burn in church)
-
A big bag of rocksalt (again for cleansing)
-
White sand from a hidden beach (comes in handy when you need to create a magic circle that has require the energy vibe of a beach)
-
A bottle of water from a spring in the mountains
-
A bottle of salt water from the hidden beach
-
A bottle of distilled water (distilled water is technically “dead” water having been stripped of any naturally occurring substances thereby being very programmable)
-
A bottle of holy water
-
A small bottle containing tears of joy
-
A small bottle containing tears of sorrow
-
A small bottle opened and closed in the presence of boisterous laughter

A small bottle opened and closed in the presence of fear
-
A small bottle opened and closed in the presence of death
-
A small bottle of virgin’s blood (who turned out to not be a virgin)
-
A small bag of iron shavings

A piece of small driftwood
-
A small box of cigars (which can be used as an offering to elementals)
-
A dream ship
I’m sure that I forgot a few things but that’s pretty much it. What do you have in your magic box?
ARE YOU PSYCHIC?
July 10, 2007I’ve been asked the question “How do you know if someone is psychic?” many times. There are a number of ways to find out if one is psychic. But one test that has never failed me is checking to see if someone has what is known as the PSYCHIC CROSS.
The Psychic Cross is the formation of a cross in the middle of your palm in between your heartline and your headline. All the proven psychics and magic practitioners that I’ve met all bear the psychic cross.
Below is a scanned image of my palm (forgive the calluses, I got them from working out… yes… psychics also work out) and a close up of my psychic cross.
However, simply bearing the psychic cross does not mean you are a powerful psychic or magic practioner. It merely shows that one has the aptitude of doing psychic or magic work. It still needs a lot of work. The same way an artist needs to develop himself or herself in order to become better at their craft.
To those that don’t have the psychic cross… the words that you hear and the things that you see are just figments of your imagination! Hahahaha… Just kidding. Anyone can be psychic or do magic work, one just needs to develop this gift. It’s all in us. Those that have the psychic cross just have a head start.
SIMPLIFIED DREAM INCUBATION
July 9, 2007Dreaming and dreams are an important aspect that has bearing on our day to day lives as well as psychic growth. Dreams can help us solve problems and gain insight. It helps us connect with our subconscious, which sees and understands situations beyond that of ordinary consciousness, where we can draw purified thought.
To be able to use dreams as an effective tool, I’ve come up with my simplified version for dream incubation. Dream incubation allows one to focus on a specific problem or petition for learning psychic or magic dreams. I sometime use dream incubation in order to develop new SIMPLIFIED MAGIC METHOD SPELLS.
To begin dream incubation you will of course need a dream incubator (obviously… hehehehe). The steps are outlined below:
-
Create a dream incubator
-
Get a small box (any box will do cardboard, wood, steel, pewter, whatever or anything that you can put a small piece of paper into)
-
If you’re creative or like arts and crafts you can color it, put beads on it, whatever your fancy is (I suck at this so I just go and buy a nice box or make do with a plain one)
-
Now go to a quiet place and put yourself in a relaxed and meditative state
-
Hold the box in your left hand
-
Describe the purpose of the box as if you were speaking to someone else in the room (Say something like “This is my dream incubator, where my dream requests grow and are nurtured till they are shown to me” or something to that effect, again, I’m no poet so my magical incantations are as simple as possible)
-
Once you’ve programmed it set it aside
-
Once you have a suitable dream incubator, follow the further steps:
-
Get your dream journal
-
Go to a blank page in your dream journal
-
the page in half
-
On the outer half of the page write down the specifics of the issue that you would like to dream about
- Try to be as specific as possible
- Indicate your desired outcome of the dream
- Indicate a time period for you to have the dream (I usually put a 3 day time period)
-
On the inner half of the page, duplicate outer half of the page and indicate the date and time
-
Tear out the outer half
-
Carefully fold it
-
Place it into your dream incubator as soon as you are done
-
Put it out of sight and mind and let the dream come to you
-
When the time period is done remove the piece of paper and dispose of accordingly (either burn it or bury it)
-
Repeat process if necessary
Useful tips to make your dream incubation more effective:
- Put a energy multiplier inside your dream incubator such as a crystal, wand or any other charged magical implement
- Keep your dream incubator out of sight but preferably near your bed
- When you have your dream make sure that you have your dream journal handy
- You may dream about a completely separate issue or dream differently from your usual dream patterns these may be an allusions of the issue by your subconscious so log down ALL dreams specially during the time period of your dream incubation
- Do your dream interpretation after the time period
Other things useful things you can do with your dream incubator
- Get someone to dream of you
- Ask for learning psychic dreams
- Ask for learning magic dreams
- Easiest way to do dream magic
- Explore a past life
I’ve used dream incubation quite successfully. Try it. You might like it.
RAREST MAGICAL COMPONENT
In my expert opinion as a magical practicioner, the rarest magical component nowadays is 'blood from a virgin'.
Seriously… how many virgins are there left in the world?
Hahahaha!
MORE on BEING PSYCHIC and OTHER PSYCHIC ANECDOTES
June 7, 2007On soulmates… when you’re psychic, you can figure out if someone is your soulmate. Someone is a soulmate when she is female, approximately 5’6, slim and has appeared in various print ads and commercials.
On kulam… yes us psychics can do kulam, so don’t piss us off.
On voodoo… yes us psychic can do voodoo… but only when we’re off vacationing in the Caribbean.
On wizardry… yes we can do wizardry also… but only in England, home of Harry Potter and all chanting must be done with an English accent.
On past life regression… being psychic you can tap into your subconscious and remember your past lives, and then you can tell everyone that yes, you were actually once handsome and rich!
On numerology… second most important tool for divination, as a psychic you can use numerology to again prove that you and that girl you like are meant to be together.
On seeing auras… as a psychic, you are bound to see auras. When you see the color orange surrounding a girl in a bar… go for it!!!!
On seeing ghosts in your back seat while driving… they are rarely backseat drivers. They just stare at you.
On seeing ghosts in the bathrooms… at least there is always someone there that can get you TP if it runs out.
On hearing voices… as a psychic you will, from time to time, hear voices. No need to keep on seeing your shrink. If he asks why you are terminating your sessions tell him that the voices that you were hearing are actually the ghosts that live in your closet.
On fashion… as a psychic you are obligated to own at least one black tshirt, a silver ring and a crystal necklace where your tikbalang can live in.
On incense… essential for mediation and masking the smell of marijuana when you are hanging out with your spirit guide.
Again, all the above are just psychic jokes. They are not based on any psychics that I know, living or undead.
ON BEING PSYCHIC and OTHER PSYCHIC ANECDOTES
June 5, 2007On being able to read minds… This is definitely a perk. This allows psychics to figure out what a girl means when she say’s “Bahala ka!” and “Ewan ko sa iyo!”.
On being able to predict the future… This helps psychics figure out if they really have a chance with the girl that they like. Why go for someone where there is not hope what so ever!
On what we find scary… The only thing in the occult world that will probably scare even the strongest psychic is a possessed Santo Nino statue! Imagine that little bugger running after you wanting to smash his little globe on your head and stab your eyes with his two fingers.
On Palm reading… The most important skill of divination a psychic needs to learn. It allows you to hold the palm of the girl you like and convince her that you are her are meant to be together.
On Tarot Cards… Every psychic should collect tarot cards. We use these to battle other psychics the same way kids use Pokémon cards.
On wands… Every psychic should collect wands. These wands come in handy especially during Harry Potter conventions.
On telepathy… Every psychic should develop this skill. It allows you to send messages to others. This is sort of the psychic version of SUN to SUN unlimited call and text.
On Chocolate… The most useful tool one can bring during a possession case. Just make sure that its imported.
All the above are just jokes about psychics. If you don't get it… you're not psychic.
New Tarot Decks
May 28, 2007I recently was in Malaysia and I was able to pick up a few tarot decks while I was over there. Suprisingly enough, they sell tarot cards in the major bookstores (Kunikuya and Borders). I assumed that they wouldn’t have any since Malaysia is a predominantly Muslim country and probably would not encourage the open practice of anything related to the occult.
For a better understanding of tarot cards visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tarot.
These were the decks I picked up:
Thoth Tarot:
Manga Tarot:
